Exhale Announces Grants Available as Program Expands into Southeast Michigan

Exhale – The Family Caregiver Initiative, a 4-year-old program managed by TPI, recently received $3.7 million in funding from the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation and the Michigan Health Endowment Fund to expand the program in Southeast Michigan. The success of the work being done in New York will be replicated in Michigan, thanks to new grants available for which local service providers can apply.
