In December 2023, Lisa Payne Simon, TPI Partner, co-authored an article for Grantmakers in the Arts’ online magazine, The Reader. The article, titled “Moving the Needle on Systems Change in Arts Philanthropy” and co-authored with Stratton Lloyd and Karen Ristuben of Essex County Community Foundation (ECCF), describes the evaluation framework and approach that ECCF has adopted and applied with TPI’s help to examine the growth and impact of its 10-year Creative County Initiative (co-funded with support from the Barr Foundation).
