Grace Hollander

Program Associate

Grace Hollander (she/her) supports TPI staff and clients by providing program management, research, and administrative support for various client engagements and ongoing projects. She is excited about the opportunity to leverage her skills in research, project management, and community engagement to support TPI’s clients in driving meaningful change.

Grace graduated from Northeastern University in December 2023, where she majored in political science, philosophy, and economics and minored in political communications. Grace brings valuable experiences to her work at TPI, including working in the Community Engagement Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office; working as a graphic design and social media coordinator at the Northeastern University Center for Spirituality, Dialogue, and Service; volunteering at the Immigrant Family Services Institute in Mattapan; and spending time at the LEAD 360 Office Manager Co-op at Northeastern University, where she honed her leadership, community engagement, and project management skills.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys visiting art museums, attending live concerts, reading, watching old movies, and doing anything outdoors on a nice day. While she moved around the US a lot, Grace primarily grew up in Minnesota, later graduated high school in Mississippi, and now resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
