Elaines Peña provides strategic, operational, and programmatic support for various TPI clients. She works with family and independent foundations conducting impactful grantmaking to non-profit organizations; with corporate clients designing and managing strategic corporate grants initiatives; and on research to identify innovations, gaps, and opportunities in domestic and international philanthropy.

Elaines is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with concentrations in Latin American and Latino Studies as well as Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies. During her time in college, Elaines worked in the advancement office at Holy Cross and held various internships in nonprofit development, including at Rosie’s Place in Boston and at Girls Inc. in Worcester.
