Emilee Witkowski

Senior Associate for Marketing, Communications, and Client Relations

Emilee Witkowski (she/they) works collaboratively across TPI’s team to support marketing, communications, business development, and client projects. Emilee manages digital content with a focus on thought leadership and showcasing the impact of TPI’s clients. She supports various client engagements through writing, research, and project management. Emilee strives to make an impact in the philanthropic world by uplifting marginalized voices and strengthening the influence of lived experiences. 

Prior to joining TPI, Emilee worked on the communications and development team at Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPath), a direct service nonprofit organization in Boston. Throughout college, Emilee worked at Boston University School of Law in the Student Affairs Office, where she supported law student programming, communications, and office administration. Simultaneously, Emilee gained valuable experience in research, writing, advocacy, and community outreach through internships at nonprofits in the public policy and social justice sectors, including roles at the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus, The Lionheart Foundation, and The Alliance for Citizen Engagement. 

Emilee holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Boston University. Before moving to Boston for college, Emilee grew up near Raleigh, North Carolina, where she spent much time working as a barista.
