Amelie Justo-Sainz supports TPI staff and clients by providing program management, research, and administrative support for various client engagements and ongoing projects. She supports specific client engagements through designing, developing, and evaluating philanthropic programs, and researching philanthropic issues. 

Amelie graduated from Amherst College in May 2025 majoring in sociology and Latinx, Latin American Studies. She served as a summer policy intern at ASPIRA Association Inc., where she co-authored a grant proposal to the Department of Justice seeking support for youth mentoring programs. She was a diversity outreach intern in the admissions office at Amherst College and supported programming for prospective underrepresented students. She also served as commencement coordinator and student housing coordinator at Amherst.
