Randy Beltre provides strategic, operational, and programmatic support for various TPI clients. He supports individuals, families, and foundations to develop and implement effective, values-driven giving strategies. He supports clients in clarifying their philanthropic goals, identifying high-impact opportunities, and navigating various issue areas and the nonprofit landscape. He conducts research and provides due diligence to potential grantees to help clients align their charitable investments with community needs and long-term impact.
Prior to joining TPI, Randy served as a staff assistant and then as regional director, for U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren. In this role, he built trusted relationships with community leaders, surfaced local concerns to inform federal action, and led oversight efforts on key issues such as hospital closures and food equity. He supported nonprofits, municipalities, and community leaders in navigating federal funding opportunities and supported grant application efforts. He also managed regional team operations and supported healthcare policy research, events, and constituent services.
Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
