Program Associate

Sharon Rajadurai supports TPI staff and clients through program management, research, and administrative support for a variety of client engagements and ongoing projects. Sharon is particularly passionate about international development and global justice issues like immigration and refugees, as well as women’s education access.

Prior to joining TPI in early 2021, Sharon was an operations associate at the Boston Network for International Development. Sharon currently serves part time as interim executive director of the Lady Doak College Foundation, which supports the women’s college of that name in Madurai, India.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in International Relations, and minor in Psychology from Suffolk University. During her time there, she interned at several governmental and nonprofit organizations focused on diplomacy, equity, and social justice, such as WorldBoston, Asian American LEAD, and Crossover Basketball and Scholars Academy. In addition, she interned with New England International Donors or NEID (now called Network of Engaged International Donors), a networking organization that partners with TPI on research, education, and programming for funders.

Born in Torrance, California, Sharon grew up in Attleboro, Massachusetts, and now lives in North Attleboro. She enjoys spending free time with family and friends, reading, staying involved with her Church community, and spending time outdoors.
