Molly O’Keefe provides strategic, operational, and programmatic support for various TPI clients. She works with families and foundations to design and implement effective grantmaking programs. Molly supports clients in clarifying their philanthropic goals, developing funding strategies, and building strong relationships with grantees to maximize impact. 

Molly is an experienced nonprofit professional with a strong background in program management, fundraising, and strategic planning. She most recently served as Director of Operations at the Irish American Partnership (IAP), where she led the organization’s annual grantmaking process and played key roles in financial reporting, event fundraising, and grantee relations. Prior to her work at IAP, Molly supported clients as a customer support specialist at Education First Go Ahead Tours and coordinated donor events and CRM systems at the Boston Lyric Opera. 

Molly holds a Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Penn State University.
